WATCH SERVICING AND REPAIRS

Our in-house workshop has over 100 years of combined experience in the restoration of our customers cherished timepieces.

For nearly a century, we’ve worked with watches every day – repairing them, restoring them, and keeping them running as they should. Over that time, we’ve built a deep understanding of both the mechanics and the history behind the pieces that come across our bench, from everyday classics to genuinely special timepieces.

At the centre of what we do is our fully equipped, on-site workshop. This is where our watchmakers work by hand, using a mix of traditional techniques and modern equipment to service and restore watches properly. It’s not outsourced, and it’s not rushed – every watch is assessed, worked on, and tested under our roof.

We offer a full range of watchmaking services, from routine servicing to complex restoration work. Each job is carried out with care and respect for the watch itself, using methods that have been passed down through generations of watchmakers. The aim is simple: for your watch to function correctly, wear well, and remain true to what it is.

When you leave your watch with us, you’re trusting us with something personal. Our responsibility is to look after it properly, preserve its character, and return it ready to be worn and enjoyed again – now, and for years to come.
